Takayuki UMABA received the B.E., and M.E. degrees from Kobe University, Japan, in 2001 and 2003, respectively. In 2003, he joined Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, where he engaged in design and development of communication systems for government and municipal offices. From 2008, he engaged in research and development of ultra-high speed giga-bit rate wireless LAN systems at ATR Wave Engineering Laboratories in Kyoto, Japan.
