Manuscript Preparation Guide
- Authors are requested to submit a preliminary paper of up to 4 pages in length, including title, author's affiliation, abstract, figure and references.
- All accepted paper will be published in IEEE Explore and EI index.
- The submission must be in electronic format (only PDF is accepted). Hard copies will not be accepted. Please follow strictly the paper templates provided:
- Instructions for users of MS Word (a PDF file)
- A MS Word document template (a DOC file)
- Instruction for users of LaTeX (a PDF file)
