Ziliang Wang was born in ShangHai,China in Feb.1960.He received his B.S in physics from the University of Sichuan in Feb.1982 and M.E degrees in electronics engineering from the University of Xian Jiaotong in Oct.1984. He is currently a professor of Nanjing Electronics Device Institute, where he conducts research and development of electronics ceramic materials and packaging technology for more 20 years. Mr.Wang is a member of International Microelectronics and Packaging Society (IMAPS) and associate editor of Advancing Microelectronics published by IMAPS
